Azu Ishiekwene (Chairman)

Azu joined LEADERSHIP Group Limited in 2010 as a consultant and was later appointed the company’ s first Managing Director in 2011 before his elevation as Group Managing Director of the media and education company .

He was Executive Director of Publications in PUNCH and holds a Master Degree in Public Administration and International Affairs. He was chair of the CNN Africa Journalist of the Year panel and member of the Board of the New York-based World Policy Journal and also member of the Board of the Paris-based Global Editors Network. He taught journalism at the University of Lagos and is a serial award-winning columnist.


Niyi Adesanya (CEO)

Niyi is one of Nigeria’s leading pragmatic and inspirational speaker; a leading voice on Leadership transformation in the country.

As a human capital expert with core specialty in leadership management, his training and consulting expertise have been utilised by some of Nigeria’s foremost corporate organisations such as First Bank, Etisalat Nigeria, MTN, Globacom, Chevron, NSE, UAC Group, First Registrars and much more.

He is a Leadership Ambassador at Centre for Values in Leadership, an organisation founded by Prof. Pat Utomi.

He is the author of two books: The Speaker; practical guide to creative speaking and presentation and Leadership Quadrant; keys to personal, corporate and national transformation.


 Gbenga Sesan (Member)

An alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, with executive education in management training programs at Harvard, Stanford, Oxford University & Lagos Business School, Gbenga has made presentations in several countries in different continents of the world.

His consulting experience includes assignments completed for numerous international institutions including Microsoft, Harvard University, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, etc.

He is an Ashoka Fellow, and member of the United Nations Committee of eLeaders on Youth and ICT.

He is also a former member of the Presidential Taskforce on the restructuring of ICT in Nigeria.
